Oracle Apps Technical Consultant
4 year Bachelor's Degree (MIS, BSCS preferred) or equivalent experience
Ideal candidate will have 3 yrs exp with Oracle Tools (Forms, Reports, PL/SQL). 3 yrs exp with Oracle eBusiness (ERP) Application Suite modules, including 11i modules and APIs. Experience with delivering the design, development and/or testing stages of the system life cycle for ERP RICE work. Experience in reviewing functional design, creating the technical specifications, developing code, unit and integration testing, and user acceptance testing.

The Oracle Applications Developer is responsible for successful delivery of technology initiatives. This individual will be responsible for customizing and/or modifying reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions of the e-Business suite. This individual will be responsible for technical analysis, technology design, development, testing, troubleshooting and resolving technical Oracle application issues. This individual provides hands-on technical knowledge and will work with Oracle functional resources and Oracle DBAs as required. He/she may be required for on call support. Candidate will have experience with Oracle Tools, including Forms, Reports, PL/SQL. 3 yrs exp with Oracle eBus App Suite modules, including 11i modules and API. Candidate will have strong analytical and problem solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills and team player. Oracle Project Manager
4 year Bachelor's Degree (MIS, BSCS preferred) or equivalent experience
Applicants must have experience with ERP System Implementation understanding of Technical, Financial, Sales and manufacturing.

The resource must have experience with HRMS, Financials, and CRM modules as well as have management experience. Additionally, having PMI certification would be a plus.
 
Oracle Business Intelligence Consultant
4 year Bachelor's Degree (MIS, BSCS preferred) or equivalent experience
OBI consultant develops, and implements systems and processes to capture, integrate and distribute information in an enterprise. Our specific service offerings within the IMarea include:

Business Analysts
We are looking for a Senior Oracle Business Analyst that would provide functional and technical Oracle application (11.5.10.2) support to internal business customers. This person will also help gather functional requirements and use them to plan and produce detailed functional specifications, test strategies and provide implementation and post production support.
  • 4 year Bachelor's Degree (MIS, BSCS preferred) or equivalent experience
  • 7 years experience as a business systems analyst or functional analyst establishing business process requirements and/or business systems requirements
  • Requires 3 years experience with Oracle e-Business Suite CRM modules Teleservice, iSupport, Field Service, Service Contracts
  • Experience in Oracle e-Business Suite modules Order Management, Advanced Pricing, iStore, Sales and Marketing is preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of Oracle Database table structure and use of SQL Plus for querying
  • 3 years Oracle Discoverer or similar reporting application

Java consultants ( J2EE)
Candidates must have at least seven years of software development experience developing enterprise applications using J2EE technologies to include EJB, Servlets, JSP, Struts/Spring Framework, Hibernate, etc. Candidates should also have experience working with relational databases (Preferably Oracle) and Weblogic web application server.
Share Point Portal Developer
6-8 years of IT development\analysis experience.

  • Generate IT Staffing, Solutions sales leads and place IT professionals and procure IT projects (both onsite, offshore)
  • Identify key decision makers with in companies to establish professional relations and win business
  • Identifies market potential by qualifying accounts
  • Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentation; understanding client IT Staff Augmentation requirements or Project needs and provide solutions based on the client needs
  • Respond to client RFP, RFI, RFQs
  • Closes sales by building rapport with potential clients key contacts hiring managers; explaining service capabilities, preparing contracts
  • Negotiate contract rates with clients, with a focus on company profitability goals and objectives
  • Service clients by recommending our available candidates/consultants for their current needs or Solutions
  • Able to forecast Monthly Sales Goals, build a great pipeline and measure Business results
  • Attend networking events to build clientele relations and community support
